Worthy word study

Please read all verses in context

The reason for this study is most Christians don’t believe that a person can live a victorious Christian life so that you can have victory over sin the world the flesh and the devil.

This word study is to prove that the Bible teaches that you can have a victorious Christian life as seen in the word “worthy”.

Now let’s look at a couple of examples to show you how to find out for yourself what the Bible teaches concerning the thought being worthy.

See Matthew chapter 10 verse 37 if you love the Lord Jesus more than your father or mother son or daughter you are WORTHY of him.

See Matthew 10 verse 38 below and notice if you take up your cross and follow after the Lord Jesus you would be WORTHY of him.

Also see Luke chapter 20 verse 35 and see that if you obtain the resurrection of life, it’s because you were WORTHY to obtain that world. See Jn 5:28-29

This is probably the best verses in the Book of Revelation chapter 3 verse 4 it says that if you have not defiled your salvation garments you will walk with him in white because you are WORTHY.

Some of the verses below show a negative and a positive concerning the thought of being WORTHY.

So if there’s a negative there has to be a positive if there’s a positive there has to be a negative.
