“We have a great time serving the Lord and that’s how it should be”
Devotion Thought
Matthew 13:
38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; 39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. 40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. 41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; 42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. 43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. .
Realize that the Lord gathers things that offend and those that do iniquity out of his kingdom and casts them into Eternal Judgement. look back in the context and realize He has already cast out unbelievers, so this group and that group are not the same. It is time we realized iniquity/sin separates us from God for eternity. The idea that sin has no effect on us because we are washed in the blood of the Lamb is just silly.
Isaiah 59:1-2 (KJV)
Behold, the LORD’S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:2 But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid [his] face from you, that he will not hear.
